That’s exactly why I’m always asking for “leditors to the editor”.
It reduces your thinking workload by about 50%.
When someone asks you something you know what your focus should be - to answer the question. When you have a topic you’re writing about it can get broader and narrower as you think of things to toss out there.
I agree. And I think the comments above go a long way toward explaining why.
