  2. Nice work, dude. I have to say, hockey is the most-improved sport on the ol’ HD at World HQ. (And since I have no natural interest in hockey and your interest in the Pens tops that of anyone else I know in any other team, I’ve basically been pulling for Pittsburgh all season. Go team!)

I’m surprised you didn’t mention something that I’ve been hearing all over sports bars in NYC (and something that I agree with): the NHL and its broadcasters need to find a new and more engaging way to shoot hockey. One thing I do now, as hockey is shot now, is to use the zoom function on my cablebox. And while I can’t see the time in the game, the experience is much better. They should utilize the new widescreen format and not stick us with the boring eye in the sky for 90% of the broadcast.
